Rocco Bellano™ currently ships across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on All Orders
We are pleased to offer 100% FREE standard shipping on all perfume orders across India.
There are no hidden shipping, packaging, or handling charges added during checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed from our operating facility in Virar, Maharashtra.
Order Cut-off Time
12:00 PM (IST), Monday to Saturday
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing Time
Every order is carefully inspected, securely packed, and dispatched within 1 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Delivery Timeline
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery timeline is:
· Transit Time: 2–3 business days
· Estimated Total Delivery Time: 2–4 business days from the date of order
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
· Remote or non-serviceable locations
· Weather conditions
· Public holidays
· Courier partner delays
· Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

· Your Air Waybill (AWB) number
· A tracking link to monitor your shipment
If you do not receive your tracking information within the expected processing period, please contact our Customer Support team.
Delivery of Fragile Products
Perfume bottles are made of glass and are carefully packaged using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
If your order arrives:
· Damaged
· Broken
· Leaking
· Tampered with during transit
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing officialroccobellano@gmail.com with:
· Your Order Number
· Photographs of the damaged product
· Photographs of the outer shipping package
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that the shipping address, mobile number, and email address provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
Rocco Bellano™ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may make more than one delivery attempt if the first attempt is unsuccessful.
