• Handling/Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders are packed and dispatched from our Virar facility within this window.

• Transit/Delivery Time: 3 to 4 working days.

3. Tracking & Transit Issues

• Tracking: A tracking link and AWB number are automatically emailed to you upon dispatch.

• Transit Damage: If your fragile glass perfume bottle arrives broken or leaking, please contact us immediately for a free replacement under our Return and Refund Policy.
