At Rocco Bellano, we want you to love your fragrance journey. Because perfumes are cosmetic personal care products and classified as flammable liquids, we must enforce strict safety and hygiene guidelines regarding returns.
1. Returns and Damaged Items

Due to the nature of liquid cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for perfumes based on scent preference once the product packaging or plastic wrap has been opened.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If your perfume bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the incorrect variant, you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.

To report a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@roccobellano.com or calling +91 8828458313. You must provide your Order Number along with clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or leakage.
2. Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships. Once an order has been dispatched from our Virar warehouse, it cannot be canceled. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@roccobellano.com.
3. Refunds Process

If a refund is approved for a damaged delivery, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

For prepaid orders, the refund will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our support team will contact you to collect bank account details or UPI information to process your refund via bank transfer.
